Pizza Hut | City Mall, Gorakhpur — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Me and my family is a big fan of Pizza Hut we had visited outlets all over India but yesterday evening we met the worst staff of Pizza Hut Mr Shivam. First he took the money and billed without confirming from kitchen and only after 2 minutes we were told that we can have a different dish from menu as the dish we ordered was not available and he told that he can’t cancel the order in very arrogant way. Didn’t say even a single sorry for his mistake and started a lot of discussion and scene creation. Finally when public started getting there he told that I ll arrange the dish we ordered. I wonder how this kind of untrained and misbehaving staff Pizza Hut is bearing. This kind of behaviour will definitely ruine...

Pizza Hut is in City Mall food court. The service is not good. The taste also being served during my last visit was not good. I have ordered chicken pizza buy1 get 1. The cost was 272 for 2 small pizza 🍕. Domino's is good I think in that price. The service was very slow. It took me around 15 minutes to place order and 20 minutes waiting for the order. Not happy with the pizzas served here. I ordered 1 regular and 1 medium pizza. They put on very little toppings that more than half of the bread was visible. The medium pizza was undercooked, and I had to put it in the oven again to get a properly cooked crust. And who even finely chops the olives and jalapenos to put on a pizza?!
