This place is in Civil line gorakhpur . Entering this restaurant will amazed you with there eye catching interior. This place feel little cosy and the yellow light make the interior look more awesome. Ambience is so good. Staff is helpful. If i talk about the food this restaurant is famous for its north indian cuisine but i tried chinese over here. There is a drawback of this restaurant that its service is quite slow. But you won't disappointed by the taste of the food. If i compare this restaurant with other in the town, this restaurant is pocket friendly. 🔴Food we tried : 🔹Paneer tikka : (one of the best flavourful paneer tikka tried with mint sauce ) 5/5 🔹Veg fried rice : (The taste was awesome but don't put dry fruits for garnishing on chinese dish) 4/5 🔹Paneer chilli : (I loved the paneer it was so soft and tge chilli was medium spicy) 5/5 We ordered so shake as well, 🔹Kitkat shake : 4/5 🔹Strawberry shake : 3/5 🔹Oreo shake : 4/5 🟠Overall Experience : ▪️Ambience : 5/5 ▪️Staff : 4/5 ▪️Food : 4/5 I would recommend to visit this place. You won't be disappointed.

Booked the Party Hall in the restaurant section for 35 guests at my daughters birthday party on feb 14th. Don't know how & why the place has such a massive crowd gatherings and positive reviews, with the food being just average. Except the soup and starters nothing was exceptional in the food's category, everything was just average. They asked for 2500 INR to decorate the Hall with 200 balloons, i said can't we do it ourselves for which they replied we don't allow anything from outside. I said that i have already ordered 50 balloons and a Happy Birthday foil for which they agreed to use but with an additional amount of 1000, i said okay fine. Then i asked at least music is available in the Hall right? they replied that it costs an additional 1000 Rs i agreed to this also. Gave them the Happy Birthday Foil and ballons a day prior to the event. Showed them the pictures too how it has to be decorated. Gourav said don't worry sir we will do our best. Finally an hour before the event i asked for pictures, they said they have just started and 10 minutes later I received the first pictures on my whatsApp chat with 8 balloons. I said one combination is okay but the other one is wrong. Called rahul to explain him that it was wrong and not to continue with this. He said talk to Gaurav regarding that. I called gaurav and explained the same but didn't receive a confirmation call back from neither gourav nor rahul that they have understood. Received a message from Rahul that it will cost an additional 1500 for change in colour of the balloon. I said that the picture was already shared with your manager Gaurav. If the mistake is from your end then why should i pay. Finally lost my temper shouted on the phone and said are you guys out of your mind and do you think we are fools. Sent group messages to my friends and relatives that the hall isn't decorated so kindly delay your arrival by 30 minutes. We reached around 8:10 in the evening, they didn't understand everything about the decor that had to be done and did their best. Not wanting to ruin my evening just continued with the party while thinking it's just a bad day and a bad decision to have an event here. Service was okay and not that bad being the Valentine's Day rush. Though few items were delayed and people lost their spontaneous interest to eat further. Asked for the final bill, paid it and left. Paid almost what they billed & didn't even ask for a single rupee discount. Break up : Food & water 24894 Decorations 2500 Additional decor ( my balloons and foil) 1000 Music 1000 Tip 1250 Totally Not worth the price you pay for. P. S. : This was my first and last visit to Rangrezza, Gkp. Never again.

It's a over rated restro I must say , thing which can attract your attention is just ambience which is good , In last two week I visited thrice just because of ambience and always had a high disappointment towards the service they are offering , over expensive things I can't even believe they are charging 90rs for one a glass of cold drink which usually comes in rs 20 , even beers are marked on high price tags as compared to facilities their in , one more thing I would like to advice them 1. Improve the hygiene of toilets and even the number of urinals , bad House keeping (needs to taken care with utmost effect) 2. Though you guys decorate food in good way but ultimately in taste it's average . ( I had dahi kebab their in which turned out very sweet which spoiled taste & also I went binge of eating chicken thrice which at all I didn't liked. Not much hot when served and not even cooked properly. 3. Too much delay is getting things on table which always break your intrest to sit and order . It's my advice to do please match your services in line with the ambience you have provided . Price always comes second in my view but things should be on same table . Worst and pathetic food of rangrejaa ... Would never ever suggest anyone to go their and enjoy food Very unprofessional Greedy person Strongly opposing ..... To avoid that place

This is a well defined and best place to enjoy food, birthday or anniversary celebration with family. It is a very nice place although it is a little costly and food quantity is also low as compared to others and their competitors like cinnamon or others. Employees behaviour is good and very professional, well dressed. Food service is a little low. The Malai kofta which I tried there was tasty. I went there with my family and had a beautiful time. Rangrezza is located at a very prime location a few metres before Ganesh Chowk. Though it has a great environment but they need some more corrections first in pricing which is too high and worthless. And fast service. Rest is all okay and you can enjoy food with family and also celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.

Rangrezza is one of best restaurant in #gorakhpur ... Specly for its themed decor , relaxed atmosphere and variety of cuisines..now Aftr the huge sucess and demand in foodies..they have come up with Rangrezza 2.0 Generally I am a fan of non vegetarian food but unfortunately I had to go for veg as my partner is vegan 😁 We orderd bread bucket with labadar paneer , taste was super amazing..and was sufficient for 3 people ..then we had veg Biryani which was not upto mark. The best part was veg kabab platter...wher u get dahi kabab , hariyali kabab , galouti kabab , with tanddori panner , malai panner ... For desert we had rabri jalebi ...but could not able to finished so we end up packing all those and got back to home.

So I went at this restaurant yesterday for my birthday celebration and the staff was so quick at their services that I just ate my meal and kept the spoon in the plate and the plate was gone within 1 sec as if they were in a hurry to reach home any how by 11 and customer satisfaction was nothing to them. And the best part was the packaging of the cake which I bought in their premises only and when I asked them to pack the left over cake, they packed in such good manner that I'm posting the pic of the cake so you can guess the hospitality of this restaurant. My request to owner is to please manage things here first then look for the new outlet of yours Thankx for the best services.
