Domino's Pizza | Ganga Nagar, Meerut — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I had h very poor experience with this particular outlet in ganga nagar meerut, I ordered a pizza and a stuff paneer tikka garlic bread but I received a pizza and a jalepino sweetcorn garlic bread. than I report this issue with that concern dept but there is no registered number available for this outlet and support team give me contact number of this outlet but that was unregistered also whatever I call that delivery agent that the order is wrong then they told me I will replace your food but after 1 hr they reached my society and give my paneer tikka garlic bread and asked me to return that wrong parcel LISTEN IN INDIA NO OTHER FRANCHISE / OUTLET/ FOOD RESTAURANT ETC not asking for the wrong product he take back that wrong parcel but it's oky i give them then when I open my newly received order I thought that was making with anger or whatever the garlic bread base was not cooked properly also onion was not chopping properly and there is minimum 3-4 pieces of paneer ( below I attached both garlic bread which I received)which is not received in regular because I ordered previously that time I am satisfied but now this was not expected from you guys really SHAMEFUL never order from this...

I had the worst experience ever with this place. They clearly mention late-night delivery, but when you actually place an order at night, they don’t deliver at all. Instead of being honest, they give nonsense excuses like “delivery boy not available” or “technical issue” just to fool hungry customers. This is nothing but cheating and scamming people who trust them in their time of need.

When someone is hungry late at night, the least a food service can do is be genuine and deliver what they promise. Instead, they waste your time, keep you waiting, and cancel at the last moment without any real reason. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and highly disappointing.

They are playing with people’s trust, and I would strongly advise others not to rely on them if you value your money, time, and peace of mind. Businesses built on lies and excuses cannot survive in the long run. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and proper service — not scams.

This has been the most frustrating food delivery experience I’ve ever had. Highly not recommended.

Terrible Experience – Domino’s Ruined Our Birthday Celebration! Order No. 138 | Date: 20/05/2025

We had one of the worst experiences with this Domino's outlet. We placed an order and waited for 40 minutes, only to find out it was cancelled without any call, message, or proper information. No updates, no accountability – just complete ignorance.

To make things worse, this happened during a birthday celebration, and Domino’s completely ruined the moment. Everyone was disappointed and hungry. When we called the outlet, the person on the call was extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no concern or apology for the issue.

This outlet wasted our time, scammed us with false hope, and delivered nothing but frustration. Very poor service, zero professionalism, and absolutely no customer support.

We trusted the Domino’s brand for a special day, but this outlet failed us badly. Please avoid this place if you’re planning for any important moment – they’re not reliable at all.

Today 23/August/2025 we are facing this issue again, no change
