Domino's Pizza | Hansraj, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Went there twice since it is just outside my university. I found it disappointing again. Rest of the Domino's in Lucknow are good but i wouldn't say the same for this one. I ordered pizza mania i.e cheesy, paneer special and veg loaded and stuffed garlic bread. The garlic was no doubt tasty but the pizzas were disappointing. The pizza base of paneer special was hard and not fresh at all , it was cold. The veg loaded one was actually loaded with too much tomatoes and there were a few rajma beans! Who puts Rajma in a pizza?!? Also most importantly they mixed mayonnaise with cheese ! It was tasting more of mayo...

Absolutely pathetic service. First, the pizza was delivered in 40 minutes, but they deliberately marked it as delivered in 30 minutes on the app just to cheat the 30-minute guarantee. The delivery executive didn’t care, and the store manager ignored all my repeated calls. On top of that, I paid extra for two medium cheese burst pizzas and what I got was a scam — no cheese filling at all, just regular sauce stuffed where the cheese was supposed to be. I paid for cheese burst, and this is outright fraud. And still, no one has responded or resolved anything. Shameful and...

They're good in Quick Deliveries. However, they do not provide any ketchup in delivery unless specifically ordered. Another disadvantage of delivery is that pizza or any side dish doesn't stay warm and fresh till one finishes up the meal. I love chicken Domino's wings and I don't like it cold, so ordering is not a wishful choice. I also went to this outlet multiple times, but poor sitting facility and huge rush of online orders with no priority to dine in customers, makes the customer truly suffer.
