Absolutely disappointed! The customer service at Domino's Ruchi Khand is horrible. I've tried calling multiple times to get a simple query resolved, but they either ignore the call or cut it immediately. Not once did they bother to respond or call back. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking for a brand like Domino's. If you can't attend your customers, why are you even running a store? I don't want to give single star also. Staff is not trained, ordered farmhouse pizza (dine in) and one pizza to ( take away) but don't know how he placed my order and didn't listen me and even didn't reconfirmed with me about my order....when i asked for bill he said when pizza will be baked and served will provide bill with that.... And when i received the order it was take away 😔.Never had such bad experience They don't take UPI payments, and they don't had changed money This was my first visit to this store....
