Being a regular customer of Dominos branch tikaitrai talab rajajipuram, I m getting pathetic service from last 2-3times, my last order was on 27th Dec, from which one pizza was cold, n when i escalated this to Mr.Dheeraj Tripathi

he firstly argued and said apko free pizza chahye na,

next service me ho jaega , and once escalated he apologised saying your next 1 pizza will be free.

This time we placed order on 11th january we scheduled the order for 10.45pm and shared the bill on Dheeraj's no. we informed him that only that slot was available please make it deliver at 10, he commited yes dont worry it will be bfore 10.

but till 10.45 i have not got my order,

again i highlighted to Mr.dheeraj Tripathi, he said he have not checked it was the scheduled order and i said i have also informed you call, he said i forgot?? i mean seriously,

n when i said there has been constant issue from last 2-3times

he said, ma'am i m sorry to say mai b job kr ra hu but mujhe agar koi service ni achi lgti to mai br br wo service ni leta.. i told that its only cz u r my nearest outlet n we only like dominos, he still continued ma'am kehna to ni chaye... ni pasnd service to ni lena chaye. you guys dont provide anything for free you just compensate against your flaws. atleast have some basic manner to apologise Mr.Dheeraj Tripathi. Due to fear of feedback, the app is still showing dispatched only.
