I don't deny by the fact that food quality is good. But it is also important for them to understand that during rush hours if customer has to wait for seating in year 2025 than this not a good experience. It high time now that they should understand and start respecting the time of their customers. More than 40 years restaurant doesn't means that tjey have right to disrespect. Is this a good way to run the business by generations.? They should start thinking about this. It's a recent case that 5 number token person is alone and he is sitting on 4 seating table where other family with 4 members are waiting. This completely negligence or Non management skills in the Hospitality sector. This happens only when generations stay in complete ego that customer will keep on coming to us years on years. Manager is giving reason if that 1 person agrees we will adjust other family on that seat. In this city when this culture has been accepted can Mr. Harsh answer? It is quite old restaurant in Gorakhpur that started with having good taste of sweets especially desi ghee ladoo but now the owner has lost interest and serves one of the worst food and sweets compared to the high price charged . I had worst dosa sambhar of my life and sambhar really tasted awful . On complaining the restaurant manager and waiters and chef just accept the mistake of sambhar and modified the same sambhar with lemon and served again . I didn’t had it at all and still paid for the complete food . The owner had just left the restaurant and don’t want to loose a single money from his worst prepared dishes . This is just because there is no big outlet of sweets and veg restaurant on Gorakhpur and they think that people don’t know the taste of dishes so prepare any worst food and serve people and earn profits . I visited this place with my family and friends recently. I totally regret the decision of visiting the place.We recieved our half of the starters after an hour following the order. They said platter would take further 45 mins. We kept on waiting for our main course which we recieved in parts. By the time the main course arrived, half of my ppl left. Atmosphere was okayish, taste of the food was fine but the quantity was less. The staff were rude and after asking about the food and waiting time , they were making faces as if they are giving us service for free. Most of the food items which were in the menu were not available at the time. So overall, it was a horrible experience and I would never ever advice anyone to visit the place for food...
