I recently visited the Haldiram outlet on a Sunday evening, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. There were two main issues that significantly impacted my visit, leading me to give this review a below-average rating.

Firstly, I ordered a mango lassi, but to my disappointment, I was served a sweet lassi instead. As a customer, I expect the restaurant staff to accurately fulfill my order, especially when it comes to specific requests or preferences. The incorrect lassi not only failed to meet my expectations but also disrupted my overall dining experience.

Secondly, the air conditioning in the restaurant was in a pitiful state. Despite the sweltering 4 o'clock heat, the air conditioner was barely functioning. The lack of proper cooling made the environment uncomfortable and diminished my enjoyment of the meal. It is essential for a restaurant, especially during hot weather, to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere for its customers.

In addition to these primary concerns, there were other aspects of the visit that could have been improved. The overall ambiance of the outlet seemed lackluster, and the cleanliness of the seating area left much to be desired. Furthermore, the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.

It is disheartening to have such an experience at a well-known brand like Haldiram. As a regular customer of Haldiram at other outlets, I had expected the same level of quality and service. However, my visit to this particular outlet failed to meet those expectations.

I hope that the management of this Haldiram outlet takes note of these issues and takes immediate steps to rectify them. By addressing the problems with the order accuracy, air conditioning, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness, they can ensure a better experience for future customers.

I loved the QR code scan option and the proactive service to get the food on my table. Most importantly noticed the staff is working hard to provide the orders on time. Good seating capacity available

04/02/23 - I changed my rating based on the wait time for chai and the quantity and taste of the chai were not good. Please don't try chai for 2 reasons, first, it's expensive based on the qty, and second, it's not good to have based on Haldiram's standard.

24/08/2023 - Worse experience ever in any Haldiram outlet. First, the QR code scan option is no longer available and I waited in line for almost 30 minutes. Second, I went to the outlet after 10 p.m. and ordered multiple veg thalis and a south Indian platter but they couldn't give a dal makhni and added extra paneer to the thali which cannot satisfy a customer when they specifically order thali to get dal makhni to eat with rice and to add a specific feedback I ordered south Indian platter that was stale and overall food was not good at all. Please stop serving stale food to the customers as I checked your staff packing today's stuff in a place to use it the next day.

Last, but not the least air conditioner stopped working before 11 pm and they blamed the facility of Paras one33 for this act. Suggestion for haldidram is to close the outlet by 10 pm if you can't help the customer with the basic needs and kindly work on the opporunities to gain my trust and all the other customer who...

I've been to this place thrice, everytime, for the breakfast. This outlet of Haldiram, unlike, other outlets is not very large and houses limited tables for seating though I didn't face any challenge in getting one given I went during non-peak hours. Having said this the ambience is lively and upscale unlike their older outlets.

The taste very much complies with Haldiram's standards so if you've been to Haldiram's before and are familiar with the taste of their Chole Bhature, Raj Kachori etc. You'll neither be surprised nor be disappointed so you can visit without any apprehensions.

For the first timers, I strongly recommend their Grilled Sandwich, Chole Bhature and Poori Sabji, however, you can avoid Vada Pav, Samosa and Bread Pakora as it is usually not fresh and is reheated.
