RAJBHOG RESTAURANT AND PARTY PLACE — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

We arranged a party in rajbhog restaurant meerut. We had very bad experience there. We wrote a letter to them. Here is copy of it..

Sir, i am very much disappointed with the service you catered for us for our party on 2nd june-2017. There were many issues in service and against the promises you were supposed to fulfill.

1. no table were moved aside despite of clarification, so there was major issue of space.
2. there was just single piece of paneer in full of bowl. I specially showed it to your person.
3. there were 5 types of bread in your menu but guests were struggling to get even single roti (Any kind) all the time.
4. there was buffet party but you made no bowl for sweets. It was made an impression to the guests that sweets are single served. Many guests left without sweets because those were not served even single time.
5. there was very poor arrangements for drinking water.
6. there was no staff to remove used plates.
7. finally as expected we received very bad feedback from our guests later on.

Due to above issues i am now planning to make a formal complain to...

Tried Spring Rolls at Raj Bhog. They were Ultimate.. Delicious.. Not only the taste, but also were prepared with quality oil.. Kharab, low quality oil jb use hota h..toh I get to know... When we appreciated about the food, they told us that they always use quality and branded items in food.. Butter, Oil, Masalas.. everything will be of high quality.. They then invited us to visit their kitchen.. My husband actually went inside their kitchen.. And truly he found usage of Amul butter, MDH masalas, Nature Fresh Oil etc.. Wherein others use Dalda or low quality oil.. All the food items kept inside were of good quality.... Appreciate for good services and wish they continue with same...

Situated on the Garh-Meerut road , near Amrapali Cinema this is a 100% vegetarian restaurant. Location is excellent and roadside parking is ample. The decor in concept was good but upkeep has been poor. Service or food could have compensated it but that is also just average. So if you are in a situation like ours, passing through Meerut and looking for some vegetarian food at some acceptable place to eat it, go there , else find some other place. We ordered a Thali as well as a la carte but did not find anything up to our taste. There were other families having dinner so it must have been good to them or other locals but we could not relish. To sum up it is a great opportunity...
