Ice & Spices — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Yesterday I visited Ice N Spice restaurant with my family around 9 pm. It was my birthday and I wanted to treat everyone with good food. I had visited this restaurant earlier, found food was good. But my experience this time was really bad. There is serious problem with the restaurant management. No one seemed to be bothered about the service to the customer. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get someone to take our order. After order was placed it took another 45 minutes in serving us the starters. With Chinese soup, they did not served vinegar etc. and there was no one around to be told. Then in food quantity of butter paneer was very less than other vegetable ordered. Repeat order of roti took so much time that we decided to close the dinner. I would not visit this restaurant next time and I will also recommend to people in my circle also to not to visit...

Have been here a hundred times and loved it each time. Once at a party. The banquet hall is awfully awesome and beautiful. The starters were also yum! While the dessert was heavenly. The decoration brought my heart to an end. If we talk about the dining area for regular days-When there's no party or stuff... It is even more lovely. Loved the thaal, cold coffee and the paneer chowmien. The fried bhindi was just remarkable. Can't get enough of it. Loved it to the moon and back. Just yum. But since my last two visits, i feel the restaurant has been taken by another owner. Because the service is badly affected. Not sure whether it was temporary or... I, however expect it turns out the same old awesome Ice N Spice. My ever...

Always a positive experience here. The food is really very good, the gravy in the dishes are tasty on their own, meaning you can eat only the gravy with naan or paratha and still you will be happy. Although the initial service is a bit late, that is, when you go and sit you may have to wait a bit before waiter arrives at your table. Thereafter it's quick and smooth. It's pure veg and very suitable for birthdays, anniversaries and similar occasions. Decently priced items and with low light ambience making eating duration somewhat relaxing. Advice: If going in a group of more than 3 then order different items otherwise go for the Ice N'...
