Food taste is getting worsened day by day !!! Bakery products are fresh. The waiters in the restaurant area are too much after this tip thing!!! Ooo god!! They'll literally force you to give them tip!! We study in a coaching nearby and I went there for lunch in the break time with my friend. Wr placed order for one masala dosa and pav bhaji!! As soon as we were about to finish eating, the waiter started walking around us asking us if he should get the bill and when we asked for the same, he bought it. He literally said this four times, "ma'am humara bhi dekh lijiyega ma'am humari tip mat bhooliyega!! " The bill was around 385 rupees as we ordered a kulfi too so we paid 400 rupees and as soon as he listened it on that paytm speaker, he looked at us with a smirk and said to one of his co workers, "huhh!! Dekh lo kya dekar jaa rhi hain rhne deti isse bdhiya!! " We felt so much insulted and humiliated with this act of the waiter as other customers were also sitting there. We are just students so what do they expect us to give?? A hundred thousand bucks as their tip??? This not only happened with me!! When I told about this to my cousin, I came to know that the same happened with her friends!!! Guys this is pathetic!!!! I had ordered lassi from your restaurant as I was fasting. As a customer, I trusted your brand, especially since you mention that you provide lassi suitable for fasts. To my shock and disappointment, I found a cockroach in the lassi. When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, your staff started blaming one another. The customer care executive said, “I am not the manager, it’s the fault of the person who packed it,” and dismissed it as a small mistake.

This is not a “small mistake.” My fast was broken, which is a personal concern, but more importantly, children and people of all ages consume food from your restaurant. Such negligence could easily lead to food poisoning. Who would be held accountable in such a case?

This reflects extremely careless and unprofessional behavior. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to improve hygiene and staff accountability.

Also, I want to alert other customers: please think a thousand times before ordering from this restaurant. Do not risk your health. This was my last time—I will never order again from Shaam...
