I went to the ULTA TAWA restaurant which is located in Aliganj, Lucknow. Since it is on the first floor, while walking in the restaurant I was sure that after eating a lot I would go down properly so that I could digest the food. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was surprised and amazed to see the ambience of the place. Apart from being so beautiful, the atmosphere here was very positive, as soon as we sat down, Himanshu ji and the other staff came and welcomed us very well, which was very lovely, and seeing the happiness on the faces of the staff made me feel so good, it felt even better to see all the smiling faces. I ordered food, ordered Aatishi Chicken which looked beautiful as per the name itself, as soon as it came on the table I enjoyed eating it, I had never eaten such tasty creamy tandoori chicken in my life, after that I ordered dehati chicken and Biryani, the biryani was also amazing and the dehati chicken was spicy and very tasty. Overall the food was amazing. I will be upfront about the experience. I went in with a group of my friends and got seated. They didn't clean the table for long , No staff was coming to take our order. The staff was not at all listening and responsive. They had the worst service . Secondly , They were playing sad songs & when I told them twice or thrice to change , They hardly listened . The service was so bad even though only 20% of the seats were occupied in the restaurant. Coming to the food , The Manchurian balls were dry and hard .
