When we arrived, no one guided us on where to sit, so we chose a place ourselves. However, as we were leaving, one of the servers remarked that because of us, they had lost 3 customers, claiming we had occupied the table for 1 hour. This was despite the fact that we had ordered food for more than ₹450. Such treatment of making customers feel guilty for simply enjoying their lunch on a Tuesday afternoon is disappointing. If they needed the table for other customers, they could have politely informed us. We would have gladly apologised and vacated the table. There are far better ways to communicate than taunting your customers.
To add to the experience, they also got our bill wrong. I don’t usually check the billing details, but when I glanced at it, I noticed they had miscalculated. We ordered 2 thalis which was having bati, chokha, daal, salad, kheer, chutneys.
Apart from this, we ordered paneer bati also which was having below average taste. So, I do not recommend it much.
I didn't like the chokha much as I found it tasteless and also I'm not very fond of it. So I had bati with dal which was also good.
Apart from their patent bati chokha, you can also order other North Indian cuisines.
