Melting Point Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

It’s been a while since we have explored a bakery. So, this time we decide to do it for you. We visited an all new bakery, located near Janeshwar Mishra Park, Gomti Nagar. The bakery provides you with a serene greenery around it which would soothe your mind. The ambience is so lit that, the soft music playing there further adds taste to their bakery products. The chef of the place would satisfy your taste buds with awesome flavour and spell-bound plating.

Like any other bakery you can preorder the cake for birthdays or parties. They have variety of options to choose from including the pastries, brownies, veg puff, multigrain breads, whole wheat bread and many more. We tried:

Almond Brownie

The exotic chocolaty brownie would mesmerize your taste buds and give you a soothing taste of chocolate. The brownie was not just about chocolate, it also had glimpses of walnut and almond. The goodness of all three in combination imparted a delicious feel.

Veg Puff

Perfect, perfect, perfect! The veg puff was so soft filled with cottage cheese, wrapped in spices and un-forgetful flavours. This thing was made of all-purpose flour (maida). The puff was really very crispy also, it’s hard to find a puff with softness and crispness at same time. But here we encountered one. A Must Try!

Butter Cookies

They were nice in taste. The crisp was perfect but the softness in them was somewhat missing.

Cup Cakes

Cute and delectable as we would call them. Baked with awesomeness, it will give you every reason to taste it again and again.

About the attendants, they are polite and ready to serve you there best options from the bakery.

Melting point Bakery is located in the Hotel Dayal Paradise. It’s a small , cute little bakery with a nice beautiful ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating area. We were there to try the snacks and have a review on it .

So let’s begin:-

1:- The Opera Pastry- The shine and signature dish of Melting Point and it deserves the crown. Having multiple layers of chocolate and coffee, this star dish is the one to die for.

2:- Chocolate Donut- This chocolate donut was a little dry from inside but had the essence of chocolate soaked in it. It was more mouthwatering than it could be taken on pictures.

3:- Paneer Puff- Melting Point's another savoury dish is the Paneer Puff. A crunchy treat loaded with the balanced flavour of paneer, it was indeed showing the class...

The location Is perfect of melting point bakery by dayal paradise, covered and shaded by long heighted bottle palm trees. They got enough space for parking as well, but the visibility of this bakery Is zero from the main road,you need to go service lane to visit this place,let's talk about taste of their products now,so you will get variety of things over their but the taste was not up to the mark, i tried 2-3 items including refreshments but the taste was not up to the mark although it was average. After that I tried donuts and brownies at bakery of owl cafe that is very near by this place, that was good. Melting point was good earlier, maybe they changed the chef or something, I don't...
