So they have recently opened the cafe and by the ambience, location, music, service, food and the lightings, seatings you'll feel like they have done a commendable job. And yes to be honest they have like you can enjoy with friends and even family, you can have a big family gathering also as they have kinda separate place and have birthday parties as well. For now they haven't opened the roof top but still I guess it's okay for now because the major issue we felt was their efforts were visible, like all the owners I feel were running around with the waiters and checking everything even if there is a small issue. The way things happen in a marriage the same expression was there on them. It's not a bad thing but it was way too much because that reduced a little professionalism at the point. This is where they can improve and only get into action when there is some issue or the customer wants to talk to them for any reason, apart from that the waiters and the chefs were well enough I feel to handle the situations. You just need to teach them a little and trust them. Maybe you were new that's what I infer and you'll learn from the feedbacks. That's the only point for which even I deducted one star.
Wish you well for the future, I know you'll be doing...

We ordered masala dosa and asked to give masala separately and confirmed with the waiter whether he understood or not. My parents ordered the same a couple of days ago.
They didn't give as per instructions and when asked to change the waiters ganged up and started saying have this or you need to order again. on insistence they scrapped the masala and served the torn dosa.
When I asked for the manager one of the staff member came who didn't look like a manager and started arguing that "alag se hi khana tha toh plain dosa order karte".
I explained him calmly that you are spoiling the name of the cafe over a trivial issue. after much argument they replaced the dosa.
My parents ate the dosa but we lost our appetite and got rest of the food packed and left after payment.
I hope the management improve the customer dealing and focus on...
