McDonald's — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Absolutely terrible management at this McDonald’s outlet (Grand Street B-9, Sector 132, Noida). If you ever forget or misplace your belongings here, even by mistake, don’t expect to get them back.

I lost a item inside the store and the staff showed zero concern. The manager outright refused to show me the CCTV footage, claiming they would only do so if I brought the police. This is despite there being no law that prevents them from helping a customer in such a simple matter.

The staff are not vigilant, have no sense of customer service, and work with a “just doing my job” attitude. Poor morale, poor ethics, and zero accountability.

My advice don’t trust this place with your belongings. Even for a small issue, they will hide behind “policy” and leave...

Have arranged a birthday party there, they were just increased the bill while serving more than require, and without being asked for it especially when host is busy in other things. Even plenty of food was wasted because of their extra servings intentionally. Moreover their staff told us that since there is no other party after that so extending 30 minutes won’t be a problem but they even charged double rental for even using the party hall for next 20 minutes, which was inadequate. This outlet is opposite to Paras One33 and I usually visit there once/twice a week to have a meal. Pros - The food is good like most of the McD outlets. Staff is very courteous. This outlet is not much crowded, unlike few other McD outlets. So one can have affordable meal in a good ambience and not much noise. There have free parking space outside, and parking is quick there.
