Mirchi Seth — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

This ia a very long review but Kindly consider following points while you plan on visiting this fast food joint-

1. THE ATTITUDE: it is understood that the employees are not that trained and soft spoken but the guy who handles the giving out orders( manager or the owner) is very ill behaved, he was screaming at me and other cutomers about the parking there when they complained about his employees who were abusing constantly after a quarrel. which brongs me to another concern.
2. THE PARKING: he ( the owner) runs two stalls, both of which are stationed at the footpath, perhaps they are not even in consonance with the rules of MDA(meerut development authority) and Street Vendors Act, 2014. which causes a very acute problem for parking your vehicles, over which he ( the owner ) keeps yelling at his customers.
3. THE DELAY: it is true that they have a good order density, which does justify that it takes longer to prepare your food but that does not justify the fact that they lie to you about how much time will your order take to be prepared.
4. HYGIENE: found a bug in my 1200₹ order. if one could have a look through the kitchen window of their establishment, it is quite evident that they do not even use cooking aprons. further they do not use any gloves, chef's cap and other (fssai) requirements are also not met. which takes me to my last point.
5. THE PRICE: for example 200+ for 10 momos, i undestand the fact that they are tasty but at this price point, it is s basic expectation that they use proper cooking apparatus and now i'm thinking of lodgeing a complain under the meerut comsumer...

If you’re VEGETARIAN or have strict dietary preferences, THINK TWICE before ordering from here.This outlet clearly isn’t careful enough. I had ordered a Mirchi Seth Veg Special Cheese Blend Roll with add on of tandoori Mayo, for which I paid extra. When I opened the package first my add on was not there. But that is the smallest of mistakes. Because it was a trusted outlet from which I had ordered before and rolls look the same from the outside, I didn’t suspect anything and took a bite. But something felt off. The texture wasn’t right, so I immediately spit it out and then opened the rolls and to my shock I found chunks of chicken. As someone who has been a lifelong vegetarian, I cannot express how disturbing and upsetting this was for me. It wasn’t just a wrong item — it was a violation of my values. I had already rated the order on Zomato, out of habit and trust — which I now deeply regret. That’s why I’m writing this review here — so that other vegetarians and careful eaters don’t have to go through the same experience. Mistakes can happen, sure. But this kind of negligence is not a small issue. It’s a matter of respect, responsibility, and basic food safety.

Last 3 times I went there, always terrible experience, " kachha maida in momos, too much mayo, very think miada in momos less filling ". Now the food van has degraded its food quality too much, they just want to make money now, rest is secondary for them. Main owner is not even there, it is family business, and collects money only. No place to sit. Just standing tables and in your own car.

I am never going there again.

Service time, currently takes 15-30 min for one item on order and again 15-30 min for another. And sometimes an hour.

Not much of space even to stand and eat, you have to cross roads to give order slip.
