My Table — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Starters was good, but the things which is more bad is they will take entry fees of 2k/couple. I have been told it as deposit which will be refunded, gave me a slip whuch i have to show at the time of billing, same when i did, the waiter said the left over amount will be taken by company and will not be refunded as its a policy and started explaining, i asked him that i was told it will be refunded what if my bill is only 4000, he said rest of 2000 will be taken by company. FINE but at least you should not have said earlier that it will be refunded, he denied from accepting. not only me two more girls were sitting there and they also faced the same issue. the thing is not with 2k/- its with ethics and policies. we understand the city, scenario everything but we cannot sit at a place calculating the cost of dishes we are eating because later we have to settle 2000/-, which you people may deny that we have paid. Please mind this if possible. Service system is too lazy , they take more times to serve and also their behaviour was too stupid when you ask for your money they said "inko black list mai daalo" . Also they did not play disc till 9 :00 pm. If you go there first you make a call for what services they provide like disc, varities of dishes because also they have not many varieties. So choose...

Yesterday, me and 5 of my friends went to have dinner, most of us were pure vegetarians. We specifically mentioned and ordered veg pizza and "VEG" pink sauce pasta, and they served us "CHICKEN" pink sauce pasta, all of of us had and we felt some unidentified element, one of our friend identified that there were pieces of chicken in it. The. We called the staff to check, they accepted that the order was "VEG" but they mistakenly served "CHICKEN" which was so coated by sauce that we couldn't identify through visuals. And when we called the manager, instead of apologizing and assuring us that this mistake will not happen again, he stated that will you kill us for this, its just a "HUMAN ERROR", just because we were a group of girls, they misbehaved with us and even asked us to pay the bill. The mistake is unacceptable and the way they were trying to defend it was cheap. Really disappointed with the service, the staff, everything. I am a pure vegetarian and this incident had hurt my religious sentiments. This is really unacceptable from a rated and reputed restaurant.
