Ora Lounge — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Continuing from my previous review....

We recently booked this banquet hall for a roka ceremony for one of our relatives. The event was attended by about 60 guests.

The food was presented beautifully, and the portions were generous. The menu included a variety of dishes, all of which were cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the starters, which were dahi k sholay, potato Cajun, and chilly potato with Manchurian. The main courses were also delicious, especially the butter paneer masala and the Kashmiri dum alu. They also had some very refreshing mocktails, which we all loved.

Overall, we had a great experience at this banquet hall. The food was amazing, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff was very attentive.

The only downside was that some of the décor work was not working, and it took them a long time to fix it. This was a setback for us, as we had to wait for the décor to be fixed before we could start one of our important rituals. And one of ritual was done without decor :(

Despite these issues, we would definitely recommend this banquet hall to others. It is a great venue for hosting special events, and the food is truly outstanding.

The food is not tasty and service is too slow. We ordered manchurian noodles, Virgin Mojito and their Ora special pizza

Taking about service: They didn’t even served water and had no courtesy to see if customers really enjoying the food and waiting time was too long. They took the order and got disappeared.

Taste and time: Honestly only Manchurian and noodles were good 3/5 in taste which they served after 20 mins

Virgin Mojito after some time which was only full of sugar, I requested them to change it but they again served it with the same taste.

Coming to the Pizza which they served in 30 mins was the worst pizza I ever had and it only had a taste of sweet sauce and no other taste. The crust was like a biscuit. I did not even eat one complete slice.

We spent 1200+ for the three items and got disappointed

Then for the bill we were waiting again so we decided to directly go the counter and make the payment as we did not want to...

This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We went in hoping for a good time and good food, but everything turned out to be a huge disappointment.

We ordered many items, but everything was served very late—and even worse, the taste was absolutely bland. The pizza had no flavor, the tomatoes tasted off, and overall the food was just tasteless. Not even a simple salad was served alongside our order.

What made it even more frustrating was the poor service. The staff was unresponsive and careless. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like bowls, spoons, and even napkins. It felt like they just didn’t care at all.

I genuinely don’t understand why people go here. There was nothing special or enjoyable about the food, service, or experience. This place is all hype and zero substance.
