Pizza Hut | Garh Road, Meerut — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered from this Pizza Hut tonight. My order was prepared quite soon as I got a notification and the app showed that it was out for delivery, yet it was delivered in more than 1 hour!!! The tracking service of Pizza Hut was bogus, couldn't even locate the guy. When I tried calling The Galleria Pizza hut outlet, the call was unreachable and the number was switched off! This is not done. Then I had to complain to the customer service of Pizza Hut where they put up a delay notification to the outlet. I received the call 7 mins later and the delivery guy was like ma'am we had 2 more orders along. I was like So? You shouldn't have taken it at the first place. Pizza Hut is said to deliver the orders on time. You guys should atleast call to notify the same. Anyway the order was delivered post 9:45pm. Very very late! And Very Poor Delivery Service! 👎🏻 Won't order from this outlet again! Don't take bulk orders if you cannot deliver on time. The Pizza melts were blah and had low satiety value. I had visited this Pizza Hut dine-in and take away outlet and I had experience both dine in and takeaway. So for dine-in the experience was normal, not something special nor something bad, but for takeaways; I planned my tasks and time according to their pickup time shown on app but when I reached here they asked me to wait for 10-15 mins because now they will start preparing to cook my order. Extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut. They delivered the wrong order to me through Zomato and on top of that, the customer care was of no help. I paid 1691/- online and felt insulted in front of my guests as the pizzas were less than I had ordered and that too not the ones that I had ordered.
