Rajwada Sweets & Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I came from out of town where hotel industry is flourished. I wanted to have that kind of food. I asked my friends to take such kind of hotel. We visited Rajwada restaurant. We saw the place is good, food was very nice and up to the mark, the way i wanted. In the end, they goof up very bad. They firstly gave us finger bowl before we ended the food or thought of ordering anything else. Secondly, when we ordered finger bowl n asked to give parcel remaining food, their CAPTAIN was 2 side of same coin. He said we give parcel however not wasted food which is in THALI however agreed to give Gulab Jamun which was in thali. We asked for parcel so that hungry person can fulfill his stomach if we find any and give them. We decided not to argue more and don't want parcel. Thirdly, they gave us bill without GST number and adding 5% GST to the bill, the cashier didn't know what and where GST number is reflected, when we caught him lying after saying that it was printer mistake, which wasn't at all. They are making money without adding GST number to the bill which they don't have to pay to government as taxes. After which their card machine was not working and asked us to remove money from ATM which was near by but not working, we had to go 0.5 km in search for it and come back and pay, they didn't apologies at all for their behaviour. It is a good restaurant having good location,The quality of food is good.We have ordered for during Lunch which took sometime but served in time. The restraunt was very suffocative.
