Royal Bharti Foods — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

We travelled on a Sunday morning to royal bharti foods for their stuffed pooris and expecting a a good brunch . We had heard a lot about the place.

Firstly, it was very very very crowded. No covid protocols followed

There was a long waiting period.

Unclean , unhygienic tables and chairs. Waste and left overs was decked under the table.

Nothing available on the menu. Simple things like chaach,or poori or gobhi pyaz parathas were not available. 80% things mentioned in their menu wasn't avail.

Very very poor service.

We ordered paneer paratha, alu paratha, pao bhaji, Raj kachodi, lassi ras malai and sponge ..... Paneer paratha was stale... On complaining about it,one of the managers offered to replace it when I told him i m going to review it. We denied replacement as it won't have undone the fact that they served us a stale one to their costumer paying for their services.

The lassi was hot in temperature which defeated the entire purpose of having a lass in peak summers.

The bhaji of pao bhaaji was equally horrible.

There were flies all around

The staff deaf and blind to the customers.

They were cooking pooris but still denied to serve us... Why??? Reasons best known to them

We drove from mathura, parked our car kms away from the place, travelled in an auto just to have a brunch in the otherwise "extremely famous" bharti foods.... Only to be disappointed to the core.

2 stars for rasmalai and sponge only.

AWEFUL!! From Delhi, today I visited the place after a recommendation from my colleague. I am a wheelchair user Assistant Professor from Delhi University. Along with my friends I somehow managed to get into the restaurant as it was not accessible. But I understand that sensitivity with regard’s to infrastructure is still require lot of thoughtfulness. The upper floor of the restaurant serves dinner and ground floor snacks. So I requested that I can’t go upper floor as there is no lift, so I can order food and please serve me dinner at ground floor. They said NO and were so adamant with their attitude, after lots of requests, they said that they may serve food but won’t bring their cutlery from upper floor rather will serve dinner in disposals. I felt so humiliated and disrespected, manager was also rude, I asked for owner’s number to register my complain but they were disrespectful. So I decided to leave the place immediately after telling them that they are insensitive restaurant. I can’t comment on food but definitely...

After 1.5 years I am changing my review for this place. This restaurant has become down, this is not a place at all to visit with your family, their 75% of the menu is unavailable all the times and for many of the items they will ask you to go down by yourself and order food. Once it was the best place to eat but now it have become a very average place to eat. Their taste have become bad quality have gone down. They claim to be a fine dining restaurant but they have paper printed menu like a roadside tea stall. Go to any other restaurant instead of this place, it will be cheaper and better. Managers and waiters are useless, for many items from their own menu, they will ask you and your family to go on ground floor and get the stuff by yourself. Management should visit any other fine dining restaurant and learn the service quality. Save your money and dignity by not...
