Satkar Restaurant Bareilly — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I had just ordered Hakka noodles ,Pudina Paneer tikka and Hara bhara kabab . I am highly disappointed to receive this order as Paneer tikka had extra onion,cabbage and tomato which was literally so damn odd as itlooked as the onion and veggies were cut long back. Hara bhara kabab was pretty oily. Hakka noodles had bad odour .The veggies were smelling.

Now,on informing the restaurant,I was told that corn and all were taken from tin so they could be stale .We can refund you. Is this the way an order is delivered???? This is how a good renowned restaurant responds.

This is my hard earned money. I have small kids.Thank GOD I checked before they ate. Highly disappointed to see the condition of these so called fancy restaurants. Had a very bad experience at Satkar Restaurant in Bareilly. The service was completely unprofessional and poorly managed. They shuffled our table twice which was really frustrating. On top of that, we had to ask for a glass three times before anyone bothered to bring it.

We ordered paneer do pyaza and boondi raita, both of which were of poor quality. The paneer tasted stale and the raita seemed made from cheap ingredients. To make it worse, they served the paneer and raita first, and we had to wait 10 minutes just for the bread. This shows a complete lack of basic serving etiquette.

The only saving grace was the tawa butter roti, which was actually good in taste and texture.

Not worth the time or money. If you're looking for a smooth, respectful dining...

Satkar is known for its tasty pocket friendly food from a long time and which they’ve extended for dinein. Its their new branch opened in Ekta nagar.

Even though its quite new, the tables and sofa are not maintained at all. The staff is not groomed well and won’t makes you feel like you’re visiting a quality place.

Food is always good but sometimes the table is so dirty that it kills the appetite.

I visited couple of times and during that time they only serve main course, no sides no papad no starters no beverages only main course.

I suggest owner to take care of couple of things: Start investing in maintaining the tables and sofa. Its new and if you invest now it will last long. Make staff well groomed Make sure all type of cuisine...
