Aliganj is getting many new cafes/restaurants like Gomti Nagar and it makes me feel really happy that we're getting quality places in Aliganj area. Sign In Cafe was on my 'to visit list' for a long time. I decided to visit it today, before Ramdan starts, for treating my taste-buds and it was an amazing treat. Down to my analysis:
Food- One word. Heavenly. The food items served here are delicious, palatable and ambrosial. The "Mexican Chicken Sizzler" deserves a special mention. It is one the best sizzlers that I've had till date. It was savory and toothsome. The veggies along with it were pleasant tasting. The drinks were dainty. Strawberry Martini was awesome! It's a must try. The mint mojito was also great. All-in-all, the food here is awesome! 4.5/5
Ambiance- Boy, they've worked on the ambiance. The place looks small from the outside but once you open the front door, you see a gallery. It's very spacious and the management has optimized the space and hasn't done a trade-off between space and seating arrangement. The walls have graffiti, wood works, and paint arts. Another unique thing that I noticed here is that the sofas are shaped as the icon of facebook. 4.5/5
Service- The service was prompt and polite. One downside, they don't accept cards. They do support PayTM. 4/5
Cost- Heavy on the pocket. The food items are a bit overpriced. While going through other reviews I noted that it's mentioned that they don't have extra taxes and the prices on the menu are the final ones. I'd like to update that. They have extra taxes now. The cost factor is what makes this place a restaurant.
In a nutshell, SIgn In Cafe is a must visit place is Aliganj area for awesome food and ambiance. This place doesn't qualify as a cafe. I'd say it's...

Whether it’s the cozy seating arrangements, the thoughtful placement of art, or the soothing color palette, everything contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely divine! Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, freshness, and creativity. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite told a story of passion and culinary expertise. The presentation of the dishes was equally impressive, showcasing the care and thought that goes into every plate.

Read moreWell, I booked this cafe for my wife's birthday party. there are both cons and pros if you are going for this restaurant. I would recommend this place to you if and only if you are out of options, meaning it will be my last choice to select this place. Coming to ratings.
Ambience: 7/10 (they still need to work on their furniture which were very old and worn out, maintenance is needed) Food: 5/10 (taste always differs for everyone but not when the review is same from everyone, the food taste was very ok ok, not that great, not that bad) Service: 7/10 (Could have been better) Management: 3/10 (this is something which the restaurant owner who is a lady must learn. She is outspoken in the beginning claiming so many things but eventually you will end up disappointing yourself. The AC's just don't work, and even if they do the owner comes and switches them off even if there are guests in, might be on a path to save electricity bills. should hire some more workforce to cater the need of all. and if you go and tell her about all these reviews present, basically the negative ones she will be like 'log to kuch bhi kehte hai'. She even starts switching off the lights even when guests are inside.)
Well, I would still say the same thing, book if and only if you don't have any...
