Tamil Nadu Dosa Point. — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Tamil nadu dosa point, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. From start to finish, everything seemed to go wrong, leaving me utterly disappointed and regretful of my decision to visit this restaurant.

First and foremost, the food was a complete letdown. The dosa, a signature South Indian dish, was incredibly salty, making it almost inedible. It seemed as if the chef had mistaken salt for a primary ingredient. It was disheartening to see such a traditional dish poorly executed, and it left a terrible taste in my mouth, quite literally.

The quality of the food was also severely lacking. The dishes appeared to be hastily prepared, lacking the authentic flavors that one would expect from a South Indian restaurant. It felt like a cheap imitation rather than an authentic culinary experience. As a lover of South Indian cuisine, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of care and attention put into the food.

However, the subpar food was not the only issue. The behavior of the staff and the owner was utterly unacceptable. The owner displayed an arrogance that was off-putting from the moment I entered the restaurant. There was no warm welcome or any attempt to make me feel like a valued customer. Instead, I was met with an air of superiority that made the entire experience uncomfortable.

The service was also frustratingly slow. It took an eternity for the food to arrive, and even simple requests were met with negligence. It seemed like the staff had no regard for the diners' time or satisfaction, making the whole ordeal an excruciatingly long and unpleasant affair.

Adding to my disappointment, the staff members were impolite and indifferent. They showed no interest in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for the guests. It felt as if they were doing us a favor by serving us rather than treating us as paying customers.

In conclusion, Tamil nadu dosa point was a huge letdown. The overly salty dosa, lackluster quality of the food, arrogant owner, slow service, and impolite staff all contributed to a disastrous dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and enjoyable South Indian meal. Save yourself the trouble and find a more deserving establishment to satisfy your cravings for South...

This place serves some delicious mouthwatering south Indian dishes at very reasonable prices. Masala Dosa and Butter Paneer Masala Dosa is super yummy and tasty. Paneer Uttapam was good in taste but overcooked & got burnt, I asked them for replacement but they refused. Sambhar was spicy and loaded with veggies, Coconut Chatni was very watery. This is so far the best and authentic south Indian food I have tasted in Lucknow. I love their vadas, sambar and uttapams. Dosa is equally tempting and the quantity is also quite enough.Butter masal dosa is also good And idili is also too tasty Little arrangement for dining But at the end which makes it good is the real taste of tamil nadu Amazing taste. Low on oil. Loved mashed potato, onion and tomato stuffing inside It was well seasoned. The Dosa was really crunchy and i was enjoying every bite of it. I was observing the hygiene part of their food handling but they did not let me down. It was freshly prepared and you can see your dosa being prepared....really Dosa was up to the mark ... Really enjoyed the real taste of south indian food . Good service , good sitting facility ... Idli was also jabardast in reasonable...

they have deteriorated their service and have no hygeine at all....we were going here since 3 years.... today we had ordered idli n found hair tuck in between the idli...when we complaint about it the waiter pulled over the hair n asked for replacement..I denied because I had already ate one bite from it n was feeling like to vomit....what's wrong with these people ...for bare minimum hygiene maintenance we as a customers are fooled by compensating thru another unhygienically prepared food...and morever the biller said that we ate half of it so we need to pay for it..srsly?? sch an idiotic behaviour...neither he said sorry nor apologised for anything jst started arguing that it cud be urs too n we r paying for ac fan n all bills...u need to pay....such a disgusting place n disgusting staff of here...no etiquettes on how to talk with their customers....his behaviour was really like a thelewala kind of....even it is disrespectful to say sch things to them....I don't know y ppl accept compensation as another food in place of sch unhygienically prepared food....sch kind of 'thelewala became restraunt'...
