Very disappointed with few recent experiences at this place. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, dating back to when they were downstairs near the garden. They now have a policy where only couples are allowed, which I understand. However, it's frustrating when single men are allowed in, claiming to be long-time visitors, while I'm denied entry despite being a loyal customer. Moreover the whole situation being so awfully handled lacking any respect and even decency towards long time customers.

In the past, some staff recognized me and would let me in after a quick chat. Unfortunately, the current bouncer at the entrance has been rude and unhelpful. He hasn't even tried to call the manager for us to discuss the issue, even though I've been a customer for years.

I've also noticed that they sometimes treat customers unfairly, and I've personally faced discrimination a few times during my visits. This is very disappointing, especially given my long history with this place. I hope the management can address these concerns and ensure that all customers are treated equally and...
