While booking the hotel I was not sure about this hotel. The hotel was far better than my expectations. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat bathrooms are well maintained clean. Restaurant was in ground floor was nice the food was tasty. Good breakfast in morning many choices. I checked out for spa but looks like it’s closed maybe due to higher charges. This is a bit long but theres lot to cover so bare with me...

Facilities are good, room was nice but the food was pretty bad and over priced for india. We even asked if we could have a meal cooked in a short period of time because we were going on a tour in half an hour- they said 10 minutes, but we were still waiting at 35 minutes- the waiter gave us attitude when we got upset when we finally got it.

The consistent thing that lets this hotel down is the staff. We went to an aarti and it was obvious someone had come into our room at night and gone through our things- they didnt take anything that i know of but a few things were opened and out of place and the bar fridge replenished (unsure why you would do that after 6pm- only a few hours after we checked in??)

They also kept creating excuses to come into the room with things like face towels and bottles of water they just happened to forget to stock before we got there.... but then stand at our door expecting a tip.

We even had food delivered to the room and just looking at it we knew it would be terrible, it was cold and the soup had spilled everywhere- we didnt tip as a result and because we didnt, the staff member insisted we paid in cash on the spot for the meal.... a manager came upstairs to return the money stating he shouldnt have done that- we're unsure what happened but we tend to think he was going to try pocketing the money but coughed it up when there was no signed receipt stating we charged it to the room.

I stayed with My family in the hotel for 2 nights wef 27 Jun till 29 Jun 2018. First some good/positive points. The property is new, loc is good and their house keeping staff are real good and courteous. Now some points which need drastic improvements. Front desk staff have pathetic behaviour, morose faces all the times, no smile no exchange of pleasantries especially with Indian guests. These staff are not trained and unable to do their Job properly when the situation demands including their overweight Manager. This needs immediate intervention by concerned authority. Their restaurant staff are good but inadequate in strength and hence Service is slow. They have not got liquor license and hence No Bar. Parking is in open and when i got My veh aftetatwo days it was a total put off. It ruined My complete mood. Although i gave them A good mouthful but Sad state of affairs. Security Supervisors and drivers were putting blame on each other. Monitoring of these people requires attention which is not the case presently. I hope concerned authority will take necessary steps to correct it and teach basic courtsey to front desk staff. I checked out at 1200h on 29 Jun and scene was horrible at the reception just because 15-20 check in was being carried out. All these staff are totally untrained and whatever minimum basic courtsey they have..it is deserved for foriegner guests. Sad state of affairs. Hope someone is listening. Colonel Pranay Raj,...
