The Cherry Tree Cafe — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Yesterday on the occasion of holika dehan and aikadshi we visited cherry tree bakery krishna nagar branch , they served us with chicken sandwiches instead Pesto paneer panini . We are vegetarians and they played with our trust and provided us with something we haven't ever had .Cherry tree being renowned cafe and we being a regular customer was least expected to have done this. When the higher authorities are being approached they were mum and said sorry , a sorry doesn't fix it all and it has no value to somebody who has been served with a non- vegetarian meal being a total vegetarian and that too on a auspicious day of holika dehan and aikadishi. Their services has been downgraded . The staff isn't attentive and compatible. They have not only lost their regular customer but that cafe lies in the shadow of distrust . would not visit cherry tree bakery and cafe ever again . Worst experience ever had at any place. Will tell my family & friends not to visit this branch ever again. I will not stop here and will file a complain in consumer forum , All thanks to you for ruining our mood on festival. I'll be very honest.... the vibe ,ambience and aesthetic is something you'll wanna post on social sites but if you're going for the food then get have zero expectation coz exteriorly the food looks good (I mean you'll expect it to be good considering the price) but hell nooooo....food is so mediocre...I ordered spaghetti and gosh it was so thick and stumpy and not so good... the French fries were OK (I mean I would be so mad if you can't even salt the fries properly).... and the pasta was so mid....I have tasted yummier pasta in mall food courts....pastry was pricey but not mind-blowing..... actually I felt sooo bad after I went home remembering the food but the aesthetic pics I took for posting were...

Really happy with the service. The first time I was very disappointed with the coffee due to some issue with the grinder but Mr. Ravindra the manager from cherry tree hazratganj took care of it. A special thanks to him as he offered me for a complementary coffee of my choice whenever I want at any outlet. So I went to Krishna nagar since it was the closest. Mr. Shivam from krishna nagar was also very well behaved and totally cooperative. I had a good time afterall. Good job...
