Review: Disappointing Experience with Hotel Emperio Grand's 4th floor Manager
My recent visit to Hotel Emperio Grand on June 30, 2024, was unfortunately marred by an encounter with a manager whose behavior was utterly unacceptable. Regrettably, I do not recall the manager's name, but his conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful.
The incident unfolded when my party and I prepaid for a buffet meal that evening. Despite our payment, the buffet was severely delayed. After waiting patiently for over an hour, we received nothing more than a glass of soft drink. Understandably frustrated and hungry, we requested a refund for the undelivered meal.
Instead of addressing our concerns with courtesy and professionalism, the manager responded with a shocking display of bad attitude and aggressive behavior. He not only refused to refund our advance payment but also engaged in a heated argument, escalating the situation unnecessarily.
This experience was deeply disappointing and tarnished what could have been an enjoyable evening at the hotel. The manager's inability to communicate effectively and handle customer complaints reflects poorly on the hotel's management and its commitment to guest satisfaction.
In light of this experience, I strongly urge Hotel Emperio Grand to reconsider its staffing decisions and ensure that all employees, especially managers, uphold standards of respect and professionalism. Potential guests should be aware of these issues before choosing to stay at this establishment.
In conclusion, while the hotel itself may have amenities and conveniences to offer, the behavior of the manager on duty on June 30, 2024, 4th floor severely detracted from the overall experience. I hope that management takes proactive steps to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents...
Read moreDO NOT BOOK THIS CHEAP HOTEL, I REPEAT DO NOT. It's very bad, the service is extremely pathetic, staff is lazy and do not respond. I booked this hotel for my parents and talked to Mr. Gyanendra Srivastava before check in. I clearly told him that it was for my parents so please make sure rooms are ready and clean and well ventilated. When my parents reached they gave them a room which had zero ventilation and on top of that it was facing a duct. On request they changed the room..the other room was dirty and not made also the lock was out of service..so in the middle of the night at 12 o'clock my parents had to change to another room. Which was again dirty. Upon asking they did changes the linen. But at 3am the ac stopped working, it became super suffocating as there was no ventilation.. my father got panic attacks...they tried calling reception but the phone was not working either..so at 3.30 both my parents who have knee issue climbed down the stairs as the lift was also locked..they slept in the reception area as there was no help. Very conveniently the hotel staff said yeah few things are not working. There was neither any apologies nor any help. But next morning as soon as I wrote feedback about the hotel i got the call from Mr. Gyanendra (whom i had been calling since previous night and since morning but had not replied to any of my calls) asking to remove my feedback and they will try their best to solve the issue. clearly no issues were solved. Super super bad service will suggest don't go by the pictures and reviews its all staged it's a pathetic hotel ..who's licence should be seized as it can definitely cause...

I have organised a party there but the service was very much delayed although I will appreciate staff behviour that was good and food was also good, tasty and hygenic. Guard is also good Good decorations and all. Sufficient space for parties Neat and clean toilets. But the food service is delayed my all guest has inconvenience for the delayed service of food They were waiting for the food to come So I will suggest to go there for the rooms parties and all but ya remember to take care that they give you fast services. Also they denied to open the gate which is nearest to the senior citizes Actually In party one of the person is 70+ and unable to walk and the car was stopped near to the gate which was locked but the assistant manager denied to open that gate so he don't have any sympathy for the senior citizens. also he denièd to give us cup for senior citizen às señior citizen çame late and he told me that 8 cups are used by your guests so wecan't give the more cups futher they are offering the disposal cup to the senior citizen He should respect seniòr citizen but he didnot have any sympathy And the mànager there was pressurizing me to give good ratings and all not to me only also to other guests he was disturbing...
