Kashmiri Mixture: this one is a perfect mix of crunchy potato fries, Ground nut, and different other crunches and makes up a best combination.

Plum Cake: Plums are the perfect balance of sweet, spice and tart when baked, and this particular cake has the most tender, flavorful crumb. I loved that spicy and sweet texture served by them

Vanilla Muffins: These basic vanilla muffins contain a simple combination of butter, sugar, and eggs, along with a generous amount of vanilla extract . The muffins are super delicious

50 50 cookies : these were baked cookies mixed with flavours of cardamom and other soothy items.

Who doesn't love cakes and cookies right? They are my personal favorite too. But alot of times people who do not consume egg find it difficult to indulge in their favorite Bakery items. Wadhwa Bakery located in Alambagh, Lucknow is an eggless bakery(pure vegetarian) serving a variety of Bakery products like cakes, muffins, biscuits, along with namkeens, dalmoths and also freshly made sandwiches, hotdogs etc.

Recently I had received a hamper from Wadhwa Bakers and tasted some of their products like Fruit muffin, chocolate muffin, plum cake, 50-50 jeera cookies, nutty buddy cookies, honey oats cookies and kashmiri mixture dalmoth.

The muffins were absolutely fresh and super soft. Specially the chocolate ones which had the perfect taste of chocolate and the sugar was balanced in both the muffins as well. The plum cake was moist, loaded with fruits, perfect for festive binging.

My personal favorite were the cookies. They were super crunchy and fresh, baked to perfection and a must have. The kashmiri mixture would be a perfect accompaniment with a cup of hot tea.

Being my current favorite in town, Wadhwa Bakers has throughout maintained their quantity and quality of food. Overall I love their products and it's a must...

The place is located in kanpur road near piccadily hotel. Have a signing sign board. The decoration is in western style. As soon as u enter, there is shakes corner on right hand. The bakery is bigger than brijwasi nd jj bakers. The varities available are more. Number of varieties available of dry fruits nd nankhati. Tasted pista nankhatai. It was sweet which it supposed to be. Can not differentiate taste of pistas? Many Types of chocolates, snacks are available. But no place to sit. Next i visited wadhwa restaurant. It is in first floor. Signage for restaurant should be more prominent. I was the only one. Waiter told that it has been renovated recently. Decoration is not up to mark. Asthetics should be more lively nd soothing to eyes. But the real strong point is taste. I got packed kashmiri dam aloo. Quantity nd test was available good. Service is fast. Menu is selective. It is not like jack of all trades but master of none. They can improve upon on looks of menu. Every family member was happy. Must try at least once. Also tasted aloo patties and paneer patties.
