Horrible experience, your staff has no manners in how to treat customers. Although the place was literally empty and the workers were ideal, we were unattended. We were unattended to a point where I personally have to request them to take the order. After placing the order, the manager/ head waiter comes and tells us everyone should place an order in order to be eligible to sit where we were sitting, mind you the place was absolutely empty. The guy was not even respectful, he literally said “ kuch order keriye Warna bethne nhi de sakte”, I ordered just coffee and wanted to order something to eat after I was done with it. The place might be pretty or even the food must be good, but what’s the point if this is how you are being treated. Also I doubt the authenticity of 5 star reviews...

Who gives this place 4.5* I don’t understand how people judge place without knowing the actual taste and aroma of anything they eat?? The worst coffee (which they call “Cappuccino”) I had is at this place. The aroma of beans are absent. They just served simple machine coffee and might be using some utensil to create froth. 👎 if you own a place that is so valued and known for long time among youngsters and people who love continental food and coffee you should have proper machines and Equipments to earn positive feelings of your customers.
