The customer service of this bakery is horrible. I ordered a cake on 20th April 2025 using its online site in Nishatganj branch. I had already talked to its customer care number and they said that my order was confirmed. But on the delivery day, ie 27th, they said their manufacturing unit had not received the order copy. So I had to wait. I waited for 2 hours to receive our cake. The same thing happened in May. This time I went to their Nishatganj store on 11th May to order the cake.They said the cake was confirmed and the name of the cake and design no. was mentioned on its receipt. But on the delivery day i.e. 24th, I went to the bakery to receive the cake, they had made the wrong order (different design). When I objected, again they said either I take the same cake or I have to wait for 15min. I can't understand how they make a cake in 15 min. I had no other option since it was too late so I had to purchase the cake which was available in their store. But my daughter was very disappointed since she did not get the design, she had chosen.
