Limone Lounge — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

A restaurant is a part of hospitality sector. There are many type of restaurants which we can divide into 3 categories. Normal restaurants. Find dine restaurants and Luxury restaurants. This restaurant comes under the second category. But fine dine restaurant label cannot be given to this restaurant only because the ambience and decoration is good. For a restaurant to be profitable business, primarily investment has to be in a good property / locality / location and has to be decorated well. Secondary step, for a guest to return & advertise a restaurant, the restaurant will have to invest in staff training and staff management. But sad to say the stuart, the waiters and the house keeping (cleaning) staff are not trained enough.

1.There was no one to welcome or guide us to our table. 2.The stuart does not know what is the speciality of his restaurant. 3.The waiter does not know if that guests will require a plate first or they will start eating from the dish itself. They served the starters first without placing any plates on the dining table! After drawing their attention to this mistake they again served the main course before placing any plate or bowl !! The staff is so ill trained that they do not even know that the cutlery box, capable of holding cutlery for 4 guests will have to be restocked if it is being used by 6 guests. Cleanliness is absent in the washroom. They have two wash basins in the gents restroom, both were filled with water as the drainage was choked. The soap dispenser is all rust. The paper dispenser was empty. Every fine dine restaurant will always have soft music playing. It calms you. It too was absent here.

The food is okay okay. The prices...

Disappointing Experience - Avoid for Birthday Parties!

"I recently visited Limone n lounge to book a table for my nephew birthday party and was thoroughly disappointed with the behavior of the staff. This was my fourth time to book this restaurant for my family function but this time staff behaviour was very bad. From the moment we walked in, we were met with rude and unfriendly service.

We want to book the table for 30 peoples and they rudely replied that they can't Handel 30 peoples at a time and if there will be 30 we will responsible for inconvenience and bad quality of food. However we always booked table for 25-30 peoples always in the same restaurant. Very bad behaviour. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us plan our party, and when I asked for simple requests, such as a cake or decorations, I was told that it would be 'too much trouble.'

The staffs were also unapologetic and unhelpful when I brought my concerns to their attention. The food was overpriced and of less quantity in comparison to previous service, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming.

Needless to say, I will not be booking this restaurant in future for my birthday party, and I would not recommend it to anyone else. The poor behavior of the staff and management made for a thoroughly...

The service during my visit was below expectations. There were delays in taking our orders, and once ordered, the wait for our meals was unreasonably long. Additionally, the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

Regarding the food, I found the quality to be lacking. The dishes were not as flavorful as anticipated, and some were not prepared as described on the menu. This was particularly disappointing given the positive recommendations I had received about your establishment.

I understand that challenges can arise in any restaurant, but I wanted to bring these issues to your attention so that you may address them. I believe there is an opportunity to improve both the service efficiency and the culinary standards at Limone Restaurant.
