Last week I was in my hometown so I visited this place.
The Great Kabab Factory is already a quite popular brand so I visited Radisson to try some delicious non veg food with my friend.
These guys are ruining the name & brand value of The Great Kabab Factory.
I am sharing what happened with me here:
1- Unfortunately I visited this place with my friend in a mood to try something good. 2- Crowded place so I waited for approx 45 mins. It was OK for me totally. 3- After getting seat, we thought of go with Buffet. 4- Service is pathetic, we again waited for 20 mins with empty plate. No one in their staff was in mood to serve us anything. 5- Finally they served us food, an average food. 6- Only 1 chicken dish & 1 mutton dish in main course.
So finally we end up ruining our beautiful evening. Thanks to this place.
Staff was so arrogant. They were more focused on serving food to foreigners.
Guys, please don't visit this place, specially with your family members as the staff is very unprofessional & even they don't know how to talk.
P.S. - This is not only our condition. Many people are experiencing the same. A family next to our table started arguing with restaurant staff for not...

The food was outstanding! We were spoilt on the set menu. The staff catered to both my wife and Iās individual preferences. The lamb kebab with saffron wrap and crispy fish were to die for.
We were served by Kamal. He was great! He couldnāt do enough to make sure we had a good time, and he talked us through the individual traditional condiment selections.
We donāt often leave reviews unless a place is exceptionally good or bad. Would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYou got to pay if in Radisson, so no question of "value for money". One thing I really don't understand, a person can't have more than 250 grams of mutton in a buffet meal, so why is Radisson behaving like a local eatery, when they can charge close to 4-5K for two persons?
Food: some dishes are really great, authentic taste. To my susprise Biryani was very flavorful. Full marks. Chicken is okayish. Curries were ordinary, chewy mutton (maybe for authentic Mughal taste). Dal makhni was good. Shahi Tukda is thick, tasted okay, not what I expected.
Service: on a given Sunday, nowhere close to what you should expect at top...
