"Absolutely dismal experience with Zomato's food delivery service as restaurant delayed order. After waiting for an hour, our food still hadn't been delivered, forcing me to cancel the order out of sheer frustration. Now, my hungry family is left contemplating instant noodles for dinner, having had their day completely spoiled by this abysmal service. To add insult to injury, the promised refund will take a whopping 7 days to credit back. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. Don't try non veg starters in summers. They will server rotten and smelled chicken with full of spice and lemon. After complaining they will not expect it. if you have delivery thn ur full money gone..so think before order...
