Zauk Biryani & More — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

What do you do when you re hungry in greater noida? Zauk is one of the only best non-veg point/resturant at Greater Noida, located in Ansal Plaza mall, ground floor besides croma. The place is nice, sophisticated, and with good to average ambience. Service also here is very good and they do keep up with rapid online delivery going in between. The food here is really good, I have tried almost all of its content, kadhai chicken is the best, biryani, the kabab with rumali roti. Its best for all, dine it, take out, delivery. I have ordered a lot from here during my hostel days.

Chicken biryani was accompanied with raita. Biryani was Hyderabadi Biryani and had appropriate flavors and tasted yum. Raita was okay, have tasted even better raitas. Raita had curd with onions and tomatoes fine chopped. Also it was extra watery. I guess that can be improved gravely.

Packing: Packaging was amazingly done with no drip packing. Also there was an an envelope with hand sanitizer, a napkin, a spoon and mouth freshener and even tooth pick. But unfortunately there was only one set of such package sent. There was a paper bag of Zauk itself in which everything was brought by the zomato guy. So kudos to the packaging and also the Zauk paper bag.

So we ordered food on zomato app and opted for food from Zauk. I read a few reviews about the packing and delivery of food so that was the reason of choosing Zauk.

Packing:

We ordered a premium thali and a full chicken biryani.

Premium thali had shahi paneer, dal makhni, paneer pulao, dry vermicelli, salad and Butter Naan. Shahi paneer was good and so was dal makhni. Paneer pulao was okay salad could have been a little more. I didn't like the sweet dish- the dry vermicelli. What was the best of all was the butter naan bread. It was soft even on delivery and tasted great! So yes bread stole my heart.

I loved this place. Ordered dinner from here last night.

I ordered a few things:

Sticky chicken wings: Chicken wings was nice but too sweet, could've been less sweet.

Chicken tikka biryani: Biryani could've been better, the chicken pieces were not soft enough. But great quantity.

Murgh Irani: MUST TRY! I loved this style of chicken, tried it first time and just loved it. It was full of dry fruits, 5/5 for this particularly.

Premium veg thaali: It was GREAT. Must try, it was comprised of dal makhani (different and tasty than usual), paneer, mix veg, veg biryani, and naan.

Phirni: It was amazing with perfect amount of sweet. Must try

Roghini roti: This was very different but amazing in taste, must try.

I liked the food only few things need little bit of improvement. The delivery was fast and food was warm and fresh. Must try...
