Cafe' Greek Orchid — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Personally I believe what really stood out for me about Cafe Greek Orchid was it's accessibility and ambience. Located on one of the busiest roads of Dehradun, surprisingly this cafe is all that a person who likes to enjoy food in calm and peace aspires! From it's pastel hues of whites and greens to it's lo-fi music playlist, everything is sure to to make you feel nice about the breezy wind of summer air that this cafe feels like. Other than being a cafe, I realised that this cafe also caters to those who like to connect and co-work amidst food and cafe ambience. I mean who wouldn't want to just grab their laptop, come and chill here? And it's not only the ambience of this place that will make you feel so but also it's vast menu of food! Here's what all I tried:

🥤: Chocochip Shake, Oreo Shake, Snickers Shake, and some chillers that belong to your summer bruch visits- Bluelagoon, Paan Mojito, Litchi Crush, Kiwi Crush and Orange Crush.

Out of all these drinks, my personal favourite would be the snickers shake and the Paan Mojito.

Now coming to the food, I got to try a good portion of all these dishes:

🍝Chicken Spaghetti in pink sauce which honestly tasted decent to me! It was saucy enough and made for a decent quantity.

🌮Corn and jalapeno taco 🌮Barbeque chicken taco The tacos to me are my weakness! So when it comes to Tacos I'm very particular what my fillings are like. Here in burrow, they serve you with a hard shell taco filled with your preference of Veg or Non-Veg, the vegetarianams get a taco full of marinated sweet corns whereas the Non-vegetarians could expect juicy tender shreds tossed in a barbeque-like tasting sauce. Out of the two, for me, the winner is Chicken Tacos!

🍱Cottage cheese sizzler 🍱Chicken sizzler Again, the chicken sizzler was a better option for me since it served me with a really juicy breast of chicken with a whelming quantity of it's accompaniments. Personally I'm not a fan of grilled Cottage cheese, so Paneer sizzler wasn't the pick for me. But yes, the next time I visit burrow, Non-Veg Sizzler is definitely in my order!

🧀Loaded nachos Typically, like the nachos served in Dehradun, this plate of Nachos is a safe bet if you don't like experimenting much for your appetizers! Crispy, tasteful and seved with both- sour cream and Salsa!

🧇Lastly for Desserts(one of favourite part of the Burrow experience!), I tried their Waffle with vanilla ice cream and they were surprisingly too good! Perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, with the perfect taste of butter to enhance the flavour of the Vanilla Ice cream! Definitely, one of the sober Waffles served in Dehradun!

So all in all, you might spot me in burrow the next time I need an escape to chill at a cafe with my laptop on an upcoming lazy sunday afternoon!

My dining companion indulged in the grilled chicken , and the symphony of flavors emanating from their plate had me reaching for a forkful (with their permission, of course!). The vegetarian and vegan options are equally impressive, ensuring everyone has a taste of the Greek bounty.

The Burrow In is a dream like cafe which offers mesmerising ambience and soulful aura. From hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, cozy sitting, stunning presentation, pungent beverages to wonderful desserts 🍨. This cafe has left the best impressions !!👍🏻

💫 This cafe is adorned with lush greenery 🍃which makes it looks more exquisite. Keeping that positive vibes they have colour co-ordinated this place in white and a little green which soothes your mind and soul. I love their idea of decor with some basic things such as hanging pots, dream catchers, fairy lights ✨etc. which adds more beauty to this amazing place . They have both indoor and outdoor seating .

✔️THE FOOD➖ This place is perfect for people who love to try new cuisines and unconventional dishes😋. One of the best Mexican and Continental cuisine serving restaurant in the town👌🏼👌🏼. Menu is quite extensive serving both Veg🥗 and Non Veg🍗. From starters to desserts ,the quality and tastes of everything is outstanding ✌🏻.

🔻Quick Review of things which I had :

☑️Corn & Jalapeño Tacos🌮 ➖ It was a hard shell tacos with tantalising corn🌽 and jalapeño filling served with salsa and sour cream . So if you like your tastebuds to have something exotic , then you must try these👍🏻.

2.☑️Blue Lagoon ➖This is a very colourful and refreshing mocktail 🍸that can make any party interesting. It has sweet sour to taste and the sprite in it adds to the flavour . A perfect mocktail in these scorching heat .

3.☑️Mushroom Quesadilla➖ To all the mushroom lovers like me this scrumptious dish is worth trying . The filling inside is perfectly cooked and has perfect spices .

4.☑️Oreo Shake🥤➖They serve one of the best shakes . I had my favourite Oreo Shake which was quite rich in texture and sweet in taste 😋
