I hosted my mother’s retirement party at this venue, and it turned out to be one of the most distressing and embarrassing events I’ve ever organized.

The party was scheduled to start at 7 PM, but there was no electricity until after 9 PM. There was no backup power provided, which left the entire gathering in the dark for more than two hours. During this time, not even the starters were served.

I had paid an additional amount for DJ services, but the DJ played only four songs throughout the event, which was extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, there was no water supply in the washrooms, which was highly inconvenient and unhygienic for the guests.

Several of my guests left early without eating, and I was left feeling humiliated for inviting them to such a poorly managed venue. The electricity was restored only around 9:30 PM—just as the party was nearing its end.

What made the experience even worse was the behavior of two individuals, who claimed to be the owners. Instead of offering any apologies or assistance, they were rude and misbehaved with some of my guests.
