Domino's Pizza | Rudrapur, Kalyanpur — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I ordered pizza by phone. Pizzas was yummy but service was worst. 1- first thing Domino’s was not delivering 4 kilometres from store. 2-Then I drove car and there was no parking available for domino’s pick up order. 3- I parked car side of road and visited Domino’s, there other staff was just sitting but didn’t serve me(one staff member was serving). 4- after three people she served me, guy gave me around 10-12 pack of sauce on top of three large pizza boxes. I requested him to provide a bag so i can carry sauce packs with three large boxes, he rudely gave me a damage plastic bag. 5- I picked up 3 large pizzas with both hands and noticed door was closed and that is a big glass door and need force to open. Staff was standing there but nobody helped me. I managed to open door with my shoulder and i was thinking how these shameless people working with big name brand. I spent more than RS.1500 , was it very hard to provide a bag or present a good service or just help to way out from there store? Really disappointed...

I ordered a regular pizza in cod as i get the pizza by delivery boy i send the money from upi the money was sent to the Domino's pizza rudrapur account but then he told that" no no dont send the money in this account please send the money again in other upi and when i will reach the shop i will refund you but today its been 4 day no refund came" I talked the owner his words was below my expectations he was telling that "paisa hmare pass nhi aaya apko 1 pizza free ka mil jyega lekin paisa wapas nhi milega" I have send the money 2 times but they are not taking any action for my query ......even the Domino's pizza owner not picking my phone ...very very very bad services even local pizza vendors are good as compared to these ... Domino's pizza rudrapur is totally exploiting...

hey !! i would start with the delaying of pizzas but they compensated but still an issue. next i would come to quality , the quality was really poor. The pizza had no toppings and when we called the manager Mr. Tasleem ,he started asking for the pizza and told us that a new one would be delivered within 30min in an arrogant way. he acted over smartly and finished his shift . we waited for nearly 1hr and then we called again and the other person delt with it we got the new pizza within 30min. the thing is that if a customer is paying for the food or the service . quality should be prioritised and the behavior of the staff too. again i would mention that as a customer we are hurt and this was our worst...
