Goli Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I can't believe it's the same Goli I used to visit alot when it was newly opened. Employees are not friendly and even biased. If you coming by your car you are given different treatment than people who came on 2 wheelers. I ordered a chai and a crunchy roll and I stood outside the chai kitchen and to my surprise the kitchen was smelly. I was literally shocked to see that he had some chai left in a jug I don't know for how long it was there but he poured it in the cooking pot and boiled it and gave it to me. I even enquired if it was fresh and they said it was but trust me being a chai lover I knew it was smelling like it was overcooked several times. Earlier they offered some cookies along with the chai and this time it was not there. I asked you used to give some cookies and he got 1 mathi in a plate seriously he was looking at me like he was doing a favor and me begging for that. I refused to take that. Overall I will never vist here again and also recommend people to come in a big car and should look like they rich if you want good service. Zero for the service and quality control.

Excuse me. If this is fake.. plz check with your floor manager. And if people appreciate you then they are genuine and if write what happened with them .. it's a fake review. What kind of hypocrite you are. Check your billing if I had not made a transaction and check with the Billing guy if I did not ask for the supervisor who was NOT AVAILABLE. Sir or Ma'am... Try to find the problems and rectify them instead finding the reviewers fake. I don't have any problems with Goli. What happened I wrote and I promise will never visit again if you have this kinda attitude.

Not every review is a fake review. As an owner you always have 2 choices whether to sit at home counting cash and let the staff ruin your image OR you atleast check if anything like that happened and accordingly judge anyone. This is food court although on Google you will just see Goli Vada pav. This place has three sections as of now. One is Chai Shai, Goli Vada pav and a inside AC sitting restaurant. Chaishai: A modernized tea stall. Have limited flavors but good in taste. They serve tea with milk biscuits. Price: Moderate; Service: Quick but gets affected in evening waiting to can be for 15 to 20 min. Goli Vada Pav: As name suggest you get different flavors of all veg Vada pav. All flavors are good. Price: Moderate; Service: Quick but gets affected in evening waiting to can be for 15 to 20 min. Restaurant: Recommend for day time and family/group for proper meals. They are currently playing IPL matches on screen. Price: A bit expensive; Service: Wait time can be between 15 to 30 min depending on what you order.

This is a rip off (fake) of the original Goli Vada Pav of Mumbai. It has one lady who takes out frozen tikkis out of the deep freeze, puts it between pav and serves it. There is a partially hidden person who probably peels potatoes and helps. There are any number of important looking men in ill fitting and dirty black suits who hang around. They are supposed to take orders and help customers but they don't and like in a bad hindi movie comedy, add to the confusion. That is all fine but I did not understand the people crowding the place to eat this badly prepared food.
