Bungalow Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as there is no negative rating.

Although the ambience is super good but even though they don't know how to treat customers although I was a regular customer to them.

This time we were 2 people and the restaurant was mostly occupied as all week-ends but the staff came to us and told us that there is no sitting for the 2 people. I asked him there are lot of table that are empty where we can sit or even it they have a problem they can arrange a table for 2 but the staff simply denied although I told him I am a regular customer but he don't bother.

Then I asked him to call his manager, and shockingly the manager was so rude and have no ethics to handle the customer and said straight away that we don't have a table for 2 and we cannot allow you to sit on the other tables as they have 4 & 6 sittings.

Now, I understood completely that indirectly they want to say go from the restaurant and come if you have sufficient number of people.

But these people don't know if they will treat customers like this one day will come they will loose all the customers. If someone is going to somewhere then he/she needs respect and to be treated well otherwise there is no other lesser places that are much better and bigger then you, and for the restaurant people you have loose 27 customers permanently including me.

As you are arrogant you'll feel 27 is a small figure but slowly and gradually this figure will be much bigger soon as I have heard bad feedback for you from 5 more people that are not from my group.

So, congratulations so called Bungalow team for taking your so called Bar & Kitchen towards the END in the coming few years or may be months as you treats...

Exceptionally awesome place for some fine eating experience. The ambience is undoubtedly the best. The overall decoration is picture perfect. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Must visit for a unforgettable experience.

Extremely delicious beverage🍹, justifying it's name "mid summer punch"⚡ has a summer vibe☀️ all long, with the fresh lemony taste and with the subtle hint of mint complementing its summer sunset sight is immensely wonderful🔥.

Extremely flavoursome Turkish mutton kebab🍗 with hummus and tzaziki. The most tender lamb minced meat combined combined with several special🥳 spices and herbs🥬 deep fried to the perfect test and served with delicious sauces. Made with the ancient Turkish cooking techniques this kebab is is undoubtedly the best🤩

As the name perfectly suggests De-Ja-Vu it is mysteriously amazing with fresh pineapple juice🍍,passion fruit🍈, strawberry 🍓 and ginger juice in it. The mysterious combination not to mention is extremely delicious and the sweet aftertaste is even better. Like taste it's colour is also a combination of various eye pleasing mysterious colours. Perfectly served with a pineapple slice on top i definitely recommend trying this out.

Let’s do this . The over all ambience of the place is very good , nice bar , spacious layout these are few things I can highlight are the highs of the property . Now the lows :- The general manager of the property Carries a attitude of his own . Don’t want to name the gentlemen , lashes out at kids and asks them is the property a playground. This statement of his was a putt off for me I wanted to confront him but didn’t I waited and observed. The property should say no kids allowed.

Pathetic service , plz check your orders when you are a drink or two down coz you order something you get something .

The larger groups are welcomed in the property as we were 3 folks the staff didn’t bother to attend us on time .

Tried going to a property after so long , the experience has made my beliefs strong , stick to old school things , new ones just faff your expectations .

Wouldn’t recommend this place to any one .

Re editing the review after a fair amount of time actually months , no one from the property has managed to reach out or reply to what I wrote about the experience . Well it shows reviews for this property are merely a formality they don’t need to know about how a customer felt and why . It’s just a review .
