Hilly Billy Eatery & Pizzeria – A Must-Stop Spot in Letibunga, Mukteshwar

Stumbled upon this little gem during a drive through Letibunga, and I’m so glad we did! Hilly Billy is tucked away in the hills, but the moment you step in, it feels warm, cozy, and inviting — like a place you’d want to come back to.

We tried their wood-smoked pizzas, and honestly, they’re some of the freshest and most flavorful we’ve had in the hills. You can actually taste the difference that the wood-fire oven makes. The pastas were creamy and comforting, and the burgers — juicy and made just right.

What really rounds off the experience is their range of hot coffees, cold brews, shakes, and fresh juices — everything is made fresh, and the quality shows.

It’s not just the food, though — the calm hill vibe, great music, and laid-back atmosphere make it a perfect pitstop if you’re in or around Mukteshwar.

If you’re a pizza lover (or just someone who appreciates good, honest food), this place is definitely worth a visit. Feels like a slice of comfort in the middle of...

Consistently fantastic pizza. Never a frown when their pizza is our meal. First off, the highest quality ingredients. That takes everything to a whole different level. Theirs is a pizza that you could eat everyday without your tummy bearing the brunt. The menu's curated keeping the popular choices in mind and that is a good thing. Considering Mukteshwar is home to at least two very good cheesemakers they could, if they want, kick it up a notch further. In doing so they will only be competing with themselves. With just a little tweaking they could deliver legendary pizza / Apulian / panuzzo sandwiches for those who would care. One true pizzeria in and around Mukteshwar. Period. Gelatos and gourmet vegetarian pizzas will come too...

very kid friendly. Weather just casual dining with smoothies or just a cup of rich coffee; its definitely a go to place for its excellent food, professional service and staff. Very cosy & clean as well.

10 months later........

Back again for the 12th time from Delhi. Will be back again on the 14th of April for its first anniversary. The owner Mr. Bawa is an excellent host. The Shakes, Pizzas, Burgers, BBQ, Grilled Rotisserie Chicken, pastas, Fries, Starters, Desserts are a must try. I can't help noticing that the menu keeps getting bigger & bigger at every vist of mine. Very pet friendly & the staff is great as well. Fresh yummy & tasty food with large portion. I must say I"ve put on a kilo or 2 every time...
