The Belgian Waffle Co is one of the first Waffle Specialty foodchain in India that offers on-the-go waffle sandwich, which is a bit unusual. The thing is waffles is not something that will fill you up when you are hungry. I think you should consider eating them as a dessert. Also it can too sweet for people who don't prefer eating sweet foods. Unlike other outlets their waffles are comparatively softer and mushy as opposed to hard and crispy. I personally like the crispy ones but it all comes down to preferences. There is no doubt that their waffle quality is one of the best, but the one in Pacific mall needs some improvement. Some of the waffles that I recommend are: 🔺🔺1. Rocky road waffle : Filled with combination of ice-cream, chocolates, cookie and roasted almonds. 🔺🔺2. Kiki and cream :Their new flavour with blue cream filling. 🔺🔺3. Triple Chocolate waffle : Filled with melted milk, white, and dark chocolate. 🔺🔺Apart from waffles you can also get mini pancakes with different toppings. I’ve had worst 3 waffles of my life. The first one from belgian waffles old rajpur road, 2 and 3 from the store from jakhan. The waffles they prepare are worse than pathetic. Soggy, not in a shape, crubly as you hold it and falls when you try to eat it. The quantity of ice ceam which is given separately is decreasing day with every order. The taste , consistency is deteriorating with every order. This is so disappointing that brands like”belgian waffles” is getting such reviews, having worse taste possible, no consistency and the behaviour of staff, i called the person to tell him the issue he said okay. Great job. Definitely mentioning the same mail to “The belgian waffles” hope the higher authorities get a glance of what is happening with their brand name. HONESTLY RUINED THE DAY...

I absolutely regret going to this place. The food was worst, I'm not exaggerating it really was worst. I ordered burgers and fries which they served us cold and they were rude when we asked them to re-heat it for us. Talking about the service, it was terrible, the worker got everything on our order wrong, overcharged us and started fighting with us. I don't know what we did wrong but every worker there was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us.
