If you are visiting Mussoorie and want to have good food, then you should not miss the food of this restaurant. As a traveller, I have explored the whole Mussoorie 8 times and can guide you better for this place. If you are looking for good food at an affordable price then should try food at this place. For me personally, this restaurant serves the best super delicious food in Mussoorie. I have tried Parathas, sandwiches, north Indian food, kesar badam milk, chole bhature, pav bhaji, manchurian, fried rice and desserts.

What you can Try? Paneer Butter Masala Dal Makhni Dal fry Kadai paneer Chole Bhature Pav bhaji Parathas - panner, potato, mix Gulab Jamun All Chinese food is good.

What the restaurant needs improvement? Sandwiches needs more attention to taste and I don't think its value for money. Desserts like fruits cream and pastry can be much better and you will get better bakery items at different place

This is the first time that I'm giving 5 star rating to any restaurant, but Uphar deserves it. It is located at Library Chowk and has enough seating space for about 30-40 people at once. It offers huge variety of food items from North Indian dishes like Dal Makhni, Chole Bhature, Paneer, Naan, Lachcha Paratha to even South Indian Dosa, Uttapam. I dined 3 times there during my visit to Mussoorie in October. I had Kadhai Paneer which was amazing. I haven't eaten such Kadhai Paneer even in Delhi. Tawa roti was also just like Home made. The 2nd time I had Dal Makhni which was good. Third time I had Aloo-Pyaaz Paratha and Paneer Paratha during breakfast which were good too. And thei Kulhad Chai is also refreshing.
