We stopped here for some food on our trip to the beautiful Mussoorie and it was the location that saved it from a 1 star. Waited 30 mins for starters (2 portions of French fries) and mains came out a few at a time leaving the youngest (11yo) of our group till last. This process took so long that 4 of 7 had finished before the child was given her pasta. The food was slightly overcooked across the board for all 7 meals but not inedible. I've had worse is the saving grace but definatly not contemplating a tip especially with the lack of communication and apoligies after asking 3 times for updates on child's food to be told each time a few minutes and they disappeared to kitchen to say nothing on return. As mentioned it came 30 mins after first meal served with no apology. Do not come here in any sized group as they can only manage 2 or 3 dishes at a time and a stedy 15 mins between serving each. Group of 7 left feeling guilty because the youngest member had to watch us eat which she did gracefully possibly because we were getting annoyed for her. Situated in the main Mall Road the heart of mussourie it has upstairs dinning with a scenic view. Serving good quality and tasty food with best of menu but 3 reasons made me give it 3 star..

a) The waiter didn't had full knowledge of the menu. Although it was already mentioned in the menu some half chicken item i can't remember, he told us it comes full plate with 8 pieces. When I totally got frustrated and asked forcefully he said ok he made mistake and it has a half plate version of it.

b) Thumbs up - Ordered thumbs up glass bottle which cost 15 written on bottle itself but they charged 20 extra for it. Cmon man atleast u shud have served it in glass with ice than it could have been bearable but serving glass bottle and than charging 200 % is bad not cool.

c) This is cherry on top... They charged gst on everything cold drink, water although that shouldn't be. . I tried to ask the waiter but again he had no clue. 🤣
