W Restro Cafe — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

This is the review I am putting after visiting this cafe 4 5 time I guess.

Today on 22nd April 2023. I with my friends went there for a birthday treat..

Manager : sir today the inside lounge is already booked you can go upstairs on the roof.

We went upstairs and sat for like 2 minutes and then we decide to move and go somewhere else where inside lounge is available as it's summer and heat was there.

Later I was passing the roof I senses some smell from surrounding (not cafe..) Being some of drawback of open roof restaurants.

While going back I told my friend to click couple of picture just for fun. We clicked around 4 5 pics I guess

We came down and the manager asked and his prejudice statement for us was that you came here for the pictures only.

I said this is not the case it's the weather n heat and lil smell that I felt not major issue that's why we skipping.

He started blaming and throwing ruthlessly words on us and many hard statements like get out of my property. This is my property.., ridiculous people..

You only here for pictures.

We all come from good well defence family.. All working in great sector and this is how being treated in my own city.

We felt so bad that this was not our first time being there and this was The behavior towards customer..

He said..get out n never come back...

Which we will definitely.

But this behavior of the manager is totally pathetic.

So if you go there and then you thought to went out without having food or something changes your mind this is how they gonna conceive you for being there.

Shame on you manager for your works and ethics.

I am here not commenting on the. Quality of the food and restaurant n the workers... That I always appreciate.

But this behavior thay I faced with my friends is totally disappointing.

Owner of this restaurant if you ever read this..I request you to...

This Restaurant is using a spraying system for their roof area which is very irritating since it Sprays some kind of mist which also falls on food, on people sitting near the edge. They say It is to keep mosquitos away, and claim that the mist is only water. It's difficult to understand what kind of mosquitoes repel from water, and when I asked them to stop spraying, they refused arrogantly. I won't suggest this restaurant to anyone especially for night time.

You told me that the system is to keep mosquitoes away and said that the mist is purely composed of water. How do you expect me to believe that the mist which is used to keep the surroundings mosquito free doesn't contain any substance which can affect a customer's health adversely? Also, it's not just my problem, I addressed the problem on behalf of my group (8 people). Generally, people are hesitant to complain, this doesn't mean that they don't have...

The place is a teenage hangout place. The bar is outside but they allow dancing and loud unpleasant noisy music in the dining space. No hospitality for guests.....bunch of teenagers running the cafe just for fun. Food was good....but it lost all its charm before it arrived on the table. The management is determined to ruin the chef's efforts. The teenagers running this place need to learn the difference between a club, bar and fine dine. Horrible experience. My order was delayed for nearly one hour, while the staff were busy changing songs for the boys n girls dancing in the middle of the dinning. Not at all expected for the price they are...
