Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Hygiene and Maintenance at Pizza Hut
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Pizza Hut outlet. To my shock and disappointment, a house fly was served along with the food — a clear sign of poor hygiene practices in the kitchen and dining area.
To make matters worse, none of the basic infrastructure was functioning properly: • The air conditioning and fans were not working, making it very uncomfortable in this hot weather. • Even the air curtain at the entrance was non-functional, which is likely a major reason why flies and insects were freely entering the restaurant.
What’s more alarming is the lack of proper staff allocation. The same individual was: • Taking orders • Preparing food • And generating invoices
This is not only inefficient but also raises serious food safety concerns, especially in a brand that is expected to maintain international standards.
It’s deeply disappointing to see a reputed brand like Pizza Hut allowing its standards to slip this low. Cleanliness, comfort, and proper staffing are not optional — they are the basics of running any food establishment.

Read moreOn 28/09/2025, I placed an order at your Pizza Hut outlet for one Pepsi and one Mirinda. The total bill amount was ₹123. I made the payment online, and the amount was successfully debited from my account with the status showing “Successfully Transferred.”
However, due to some technical issue with your billing machine, the payment was not reflected on your system. Your staff requested me to make the payment again and assured me that the first payment would be refunded within an hour.
Following their instructions, I made the payment again. This means I ended up paying twice for a single order. Both transactions show “Successfully Transferred,” but till now, I have not received the refund for the first payment.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and process my refund at the earliest. I would also like to register a complaint regarding the inconvenience and misleading assurance provided by your staff.

Read moreI visited this outlet and it was a total disappointment. There were 4 ACs installed and none was operating. The store was suffocating and flies all around. When asked to switch on the ACs, staff boy said the machines are old and hence not working. We ordered 2 pizza, pasta, fries, garlic bread, bread sticks, soft drinks etc and the food tasted bad.. cheese max base was sour and tasted stale.. fried were inedible and stinking!!!
