Salty Food I Couldn't Eat and They Still Charged Me I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment my today's experiment.

My order included the Bombil Tawa Fry, a dish I was particularly looking forward to. However, upon the first bite, it was evident that the dish was excessively salty, rendering it almost inedible. I immediately brought this to the attention of our waiter, politely requesting a replacement due to the overwhelming saltiness.

To my dismay, the replacement plate of Bombil Tawa Fry that arrived was equally, if not more, salty than the first. This indicated a potential issue with the preparation batch rather than a one-off mistake.

At this point, we again informed our waiter about the persistent problem. He then proceeded to taste the fish himself at our table. While he acknowledged our concern, his response was utterly unacceptable. Instead of offering a fresh, properly prepared dish or removing it from our bill, he informed us that the item was already added to our bill and we had the option to either eat it as it was or take it as a parcel.

The waiter's actions suggest a lack of concern for the quality of food being served and a rigid, unhelpful approach to resolving customer complaints. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I am highly unlikely to visit your establishment again or recommend it to others.
