Gokul Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Visited 3 times within a month. All 3 times had a very bad experience.

1st week of Agust- ordered Triple noodles to the lady waiter she served triple rice. When I complained, she started convincing me, triple noodles comes with 95% rice and 5% noodles😀

9th August- We ordered jain Masala papad at 10:05 pm and the same lady waiter served this afternoon 45 minutes and very rudely said, "Jain item hai to itana time lagega. Apko chalega to order karo ya mat karo." we gently paid papad bill and get away without dinner.

21st August- ordered less spicy vege for kids unfortunately to the same lady waiter, they served the spiciest one, kids some how eaten paneer pieces and we some how finished 2 rotis with help of lemon. She doesn't bother to provide some milk cream or change the veggies even after complaining.

People visiting your premises because there are very less pure vegetarian restaurants in the area. We pay for a better food quality and service. Such approch will not last long.

Our experience with earlier Gokul management was great that's why we visited 3 times. Hopefully will not visit Gokul again untill stuck without any...

Nilesh Bhai thank you for so much for unique experience. Right from enquiry till party date you were there to answer our reservations and so patiently you answered them all, thank you for that. Everything was so well coordinated and arranged by you and your team that we are amazed. On party day person standing to cater guest was done without no delay. Food including, starters, welcome drinks and dinner spread was very delicious. Entire event was superbly managed and properly coordinated. We are really thankful to you.

On 28/sept 2025, We 5 college friends went for the lunch and the atmosphere and staff behaviour reminded us not of the college but definitely of the mess..

This resturant is too good for you .. until you reach this location.. Staff is very humble, over friendly until you complaint about any of there services.after that you will get live debate show.

There is magic in Food .. we ordered paneer kolhapuri and chapatis(because there is no koyla for butter roti). What we have seen gravy is very hot but chapati are too much cold. After complaint temperature of staff's brain getting higher instead...
