Hotel Vishal — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I ordered food home delivery he said they don't get order in Vasai West I said will pay extra for delivering in West he said ok will send it after half an hour I calld owner says order has arrived it will reach in 10 minutes after 2 hours no order came I again calld him he said order nai Jaya GA west me if order couldn't pe placed in West then why he said yes and after waiting 2 hours he says order will not reach and after I cancelled his order and he says Mera dhanda 20 saal se chal Raha ha Abey jab tera hotel 20 saal se chal Raha ha toh Tu service kyu nai de pe Raha ha and his kitchen soo dirty if you watch it it's soo unhygenic Food officer should check out there Ghamand Kabhi Kisi Ka thika nai na he iska tika GA Best of luck...

I ordered aloo partha with dal fry. They send it without dahi what is the part of dish and with green chatni , and insted of dal fry , only plain dal they send. Horrible service. And quality, worst. I shall never ever order food again online, totally waste of money. Better to visit nearby other hotel, may be costly but you will get satisfaction after eating there. Very very poor service and quality now. Earlier management was good.. i can't give less than one star 🌟 as it's not allow. Otherwise ( - ) 🌟 will be more for their quality.

Ordered Pizza.. For 2kms it arrived in almost one hour and we received pizza in uneatable stage, all the stuffing on the pizza was shifted at one side. When spoke to restaurant person about this then he denied all the facts. It was received after an hour and after receiving it in such an horrible stage our appetite had died. Is there no value for money???? The owner speaks with customers with bad language. This is the only restaurant who asks for return of such dish and did not give any compensation?? In return gives bad words. Worst...
